Responsibilities

• Participate in the national and international automation projects from concept phase to series production.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality, maintain project plans and milestones, and report regularly to management and customers.
• Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of robotic solutions and system architectures (hardware & software).
• Support the sales team technically in concept development and calculations, review load and responsibility manuals, and coordinate with the overall project team, customers, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Plan and conduct module and integration tests, and accompany installations, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

Requirements

• A relevant university degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in automation technology and robotics, and successful leadership of technical projects.
• Excellent German and English language skills, and a travel allowance of approximately 20%.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, analytical and structured thinking.
• Decision-making ability, implementation capability, high self-responsibility, and organizational talent.
