Technicien de service (équipement de cuisine)

About the role

This position will be responsible for installing and maintaining Unox equipment at our customers' sites in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or when travelling across Belgium.
• Oversee all aspects related to on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each intervention.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
• 1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
• Willingness to travel around Belgium (up to 80% of the time).
