Technicien de service (équipement de cuisine)

Charleroi, Belgium Belgium Full-Time Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eighth consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service team.This position will be responsible for installing and maintaining Unox equipment at our customers' sites in Belgium. Main responsibilities Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or when travelling across Belgium.Oversee all aspects related to on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment.Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each intervention. Requirements Proficiency in English is an asset.Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.Willingness to travel around Belgium (up to 80% of the time).
