We are seeking an Educational Service Manager (H/F) to join our team at the MAS Robert Doisneau center in Paris. The role involves leading educational projects to support our users, ensuring they are welcomed with respect and kindness, and fostering an environment that promotes their autonomy. Responsibilities

• Supervise the educational team: organize, monitor work, and lead team meetings.
• Coordinate educational projects: analyze needs, develop individualized projects, and ensure they are tailored to users.
• Support users: ensure respect for their rights and obligations, intervene in conflicts or disciplinary issues.
• Participate in project evaluation: contribute to continuous improvement of practices and actions.

Requirements

• Hold a Level II or III diploma registered with the RNCP.
• Have significant experience in a similar role, with management and team coordination skills.
• Be autonomous, responsive, and possess strong listening and conflict management abilities.

Contract Type: CDI - Full-time Salary Range: €36,811 to €49,336 Location: OVE – MAS Centre Robert Doisneau, Paris Start Date: As soon as possible
