Technician Support Specialist

TEKsystems is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to support a local organization in Honolulu.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk and desktop support to end users
• Troubleshoot computer, printer, hardware, and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices
• Support users with technical issues in person and over the phone
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office environments

Requirements

• Previous help desk or desktop support experience
• Hardware troubleshooting experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
