About the role
The role requires a strong and consistent fab floor presence and provides leadership coverage across all semiconductor processes. The position integrates people leadership, equipment maintenance, and process operations under a single supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Actively enforce safety standards, departmental KPIs, and 5S compliance through routine floor walks and real-time engagement
- Ensure production equipment is maintained to company standards by actively overseeing maintenance execution and minimizing unplanned downtime
- Own and drive hands-on training for equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and process qualifications
- Establish, document, and sustain PM procedures and OCAPs, ensuring consistent execution on shift
- Drive cross-training between process and equipment technicians and directly manage spare parts availability on the floor
- Work side-by-side with Manufacturing Operations to support daily production priorities and throughput objectives
- Partner closely with process and equipment engineering to address SPC trends, reduce scrap and rework, and drive cost reductions
- Build strong working relationships across departments to enable rapid issue resolution and continuous improvement on the fab floor
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for leading technical teams in a high-tech, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field with 2+ years of supervisory or people-management experience, or Associate’s degree in a STEM-related field with 5+ years of supervisory or people-management experience
- 5+ years of equivalent military or semiconductor manufacturing experience with proven technical expertise and leadership responsibility
- Preferred qualifications include experience supervising process and/or equipment technician teams in a semiconductor fab environment, familiarity with module tool sets and factory controls, cleanroom experience, and experience building and sustaining technician training/qualification programs.

Schedule
This position works a 12-hour day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. The schedule includes Front End Nights: Sunday – Tuesday and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am OR Back End Nights: Wednesday – Friday and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am.
