Technician Specialist

Job Summary

The Denver Orion Test Labs Technician Position includes avionics, lab components, and harness integration in the Integrated Test Lab (ITL) and feeder labs. Responsibilities include Lab Rack and harness fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and test. Duties also involve property management, equipment calibration, shipping and receiving, facility upkeep, and performing a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling avionics or electrical components and installing into a larger system.
• Demonstrated experience working to schematics, engineering drawings, and procedures/work instructions.
• Certifications: Mate/demate, harness fabrication, limited solder, and hardware torque.
• US Citizenship required to perform the task.

• Full-Time Salary Range: $56,600.00 - $105,000.00
