Responsibilities
- Evaluates machines which fail to hold approved percentages for evidence of cheating or mechanical malfunctions.
- Celebrates guests’ wins and creates an atmosphere of luck.
- Moves and sets upright slot machines with assistance from another technician.
- Coordinates with other slot technicians on shift to ensure maximum performance of all technicians.
- Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
- Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy with gestures and sustaining enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
- Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
- Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
- Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
- Promotes Rewards programs and card membership.
- Works in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, multi-project coordination, prioritizing, and flexing to accommodate last-minute requests and changes.
