Responsibilities
- Maintain all electronic gaming equipment for maximum performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform conversions, moves, and changes to machines on the Casino floor as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair all non-gaming electronic equipment related to the slot department.
- Observe and comply with state regulations, internal controls, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants by performing machine and bill validator repairs beyond their ability when needed.
- Maintain good working relationships with State Police.
- Handle guest disputes and protect company funds and assets.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
