Technician - Quality Assurance (Food Safety and Quality Assurance Plant)

What You Will Do

• Inspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Identify and report any defects.
• Recommend improvements to processes to maintain compliance with regulations and enhance overall product quality.
• Perform detailed inspections, collect data, document findings, and collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
• Experience with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
