Technician - Quality 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Work with Production Supervisor to maintain production quality standards.
• Assist in creating sets of color standards in the QA Lab.
• Enter material requisition information into the stock traceability log.
• Support both the press and offline departments as needed.
• Test materials on testing equipment in the lab if necessary.
• Collaborate with ink room techs to ensure color accuracy for new or existing jobs.
• File press cards, proofs, color standards, and press retains as directed.
• Inspect incoming materials and review and approve raw material certificates of analysis.
• Write concise reports on projects and issues for communication with the QA Manager.
• Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints.
• Conduct environmental monitoring as required.
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
