Technician, Production-PT Seasonal 1

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload production equipment at each remote location
• Run and secure audio and video cables between cameras and the production trailer
• Take direction from the director and other technical crew during live broadcasts
• Auxiliary tasks may include camera operations (field handheld or press box tripod-mounted), audio setup, monitoring, or live graphics
• Support the crew in traveling to different high school football stadiums each Friday
• Work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Available every Friday from August 7th through November 6th
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors and at various locations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction in high-pressure environments
• Punctual, dependable, and a team player
• Prior production or event experience is a plus, but not required—training provided

Additional Details

• Approximately 12–15 hours each Friday
• Transportation to/from each location is provided by the station
