Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain the daily mechanical operation, maintenance requests, and building maintenance to achieve high performance and high level of OEE
- Inspect and repair machines based on a maintenance plan to ensure relevant maintenance parts are reported in a timely manner to minimize breakdowns and support smooth production operations
- Maintain and monitor the safety and cleanliness of the mechanical operation system to ensure there are no electrical and mechanical hazards on plant equipment
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identify problems, and take prompt action to repair and maintain machines and engines to enhance plant equipment efficiency
- Implement 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at plant areas to ensure safety and improve the working environment
- Support the facilities team on site, third parties, and sub-contractors to ensure tasks are completed on time with safety and ISO (QMS, FSMS, GMP, and HACCP) standards
- Complete daily operation reports, maintenance plans, and building maintenance and report to the Senior Manager, Group Engineering to monitor maintenance and inspection plans
- Other tasks will be assigned as needed
Job Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experiences: 1 year of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
- Skills and knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S, and HACCP in a manufacturing environment; competencies in computer and Microsoft Office skills; good level of English (writing, listening, and speaking)
