Technician - Maintenance 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Follows Plant and Safety Rules, GMP, and wears PPE.
• Maintains and repairs buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Trains in troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs production equipment, compressors, boilers, and ancillary equipment.
• Collaborates with maintenance and production employees to resolve issues.
• Researches, selects, and orders parts and supplies as needed.
• Works varied shifts, weekends, and possible emergencies.
• Performs other tasks as directed by supervisor, manager, or lead employees.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting belts, drives, sheaves, chains, and other power transmission systems.
• Complies with safety practices within the maintenance field.

Requirements

• Ability to work various shifts, times, weekends, and emergency situations.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel on hard surfaces, handle equipment, and communicate with others.
• Regularly lifts and moves up to 50 pounds.
