TECHNICIAN – MACHINE OPERATOR

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Technician to support our operations by setting and operating fully automatic machines, presses, and tools. The role focuses on quality, cleanliness, and clarity in production within the production area, including manual assembly and machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate fully automatic machines, presses, and tools
• Work in the production area, including manual assembly and machine operation
• Maintain, log, and care for equipment and tools according to the maintenance plan
• Ensure compliance with quality and delivery date requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role (certificates may be required)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical manuals, and diagrams
• Experience in using technical measuring instruments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or baptec
• Proficiency in the German language
• Willingness to travel to Germany for training
