Responsibilities
- Aid veterinarians during examinations and procedures
- Perform diagnostic tests and laboratory work
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Provide excellent client communication and education
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
- Valid NYS Veterinary Technician license
- Experience in a general practice or emergency setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
Qualifications
Salary based on experience, experienced technicians higher, both including a rich benefit package.
Skills
Strong client communication skills, nursing care, anesthesia monitoring, phlebotomy, radiography, lab chemistry and records management.

Schedule
Full-Time: This position requires some evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays on a rotating basis. Also, it will require filling in at the other Heart of Chelsea locations.
