About the role

Lexus Swindon is seeking an experienced Technician to join a dedicated aftersales team. The role is crucial for the Centre's success, focusing on servicing, repair, and diagnostics of Lexus vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and diagnostics of a range of Lexus vehicles
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of the team
• Ensure work is completed within budgeted time
• Maintain daily maintenance of tools and equipment
• Work closely with customers to address vehicle issues
• Create a bespoke and excellent customer experience
• Generate innovative solutions to problems

Requirements

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent
• Main dealership experience advantageous, but open to applicants from reputable independent garages, fast fit centers, or car supermarkets
• Comfortable working with others and building relationships
• Willingness to adopt new ideas and generate innovative solutions

Pay and Schedule

• Salary: £29,500.00 OTE: £35,000
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Schedule

The position is offered on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday basis.
