Your pay is based on a flat-rate system—so the better you are at finding work, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive repairs and diagnostics efficiently and accurately
• Identify and sell additional work to customers through collaboration with service advisors
• Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity in a well-organized shop environment
