Technician - Jackson

Qualifications

• MUST be 21+ years of age
• Chauffers' license or CDL
• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.)
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps
• Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred)
• Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical
