We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the job posting. Key content: - Full benefits available after 30 days of employment! Full-time, direct hire position! (maybe part of summary) - Job Summary: The Technician II - Security Systems must possess the ability to program and install security systems (Card Access, CCTV, CATV and Intrusion systems) per manufacturer requirements and engineered drawings. The Technician II - Security Systems will coordinate small groups of installers in the performance of daily workload including adherence to Company safety and quality standards. - Job Duties And Responsibilities: list bullet-like sentences (each starts with "The Technician II - Security Systems will ..."). - Qualifications: includes Physical and Mental Requirements, Basic Hand Tools, Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements, Career Path, Minimum Years Of Experience, License Required, Minimum Education, etc. - Pay: Min USD $24.00/Hr. Max USD $32.00/Hr. - Benefits: "Full benefits available after 30 days of employment!" Also later: "Company 401K plan with Employer Contribution Match", "Company Paid Time Off", "Company Paid Life Insurance", "Choice of Medical Coverage including Prescription and Short Term Disability Plans", "Choice of Dental and Vision Coverage", "Optional Long-term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and Pet Coverage", "Auto and Home Insurance Discount Programs". Also "Full-time, direct hire position!" maybe part of benefits. - Schedule: Not explicitly stated; maybe implied full-time. But we should only include Schedule if posting actually states it. It says "Full-time, direct hire position!" That indicates schedule full-time. Could treat as schedule. However rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state full-time, so we could include Schedule with "Full-time". But also there is "Full benefits available after 30 days of employment!" which is benefits. So we can include Benefits and Schedule sections. - About the role: Could be the Job Summary. Use About the role heading for summary. - Responsibilities: Job Duties And Responsibilities. - Requirements: Could be Qualifications? Actually Qualifications section includes many items. Could map to Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have content for summary, duties, qualifications (including education, experience, tools, physical requirements), skills (maybe Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, etc.), benefits, pay, schedule. We should avoid thin sections. Prefer few substantive sections. Could combine some: e.g., Requirements could include education, experience, physical requirements, tools. Skills could include Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, communication color codes, problem solving, etc. But we need to follow headings exactly as given; we can omit sections if no real content. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like specific tools list, physical requirements, etc. We need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

Full-time, direct hire position. Full benefits available after 30 days of employment. The Technician II - Security Systems must possess the ability to program and install security systems (Card Access, CCTV, CATV and Intrusion systems) per manufacturer requirements and engineered drawings. The Technician II - Security Systems will coordinate small groups of installers in the performance of daily workload including adherence to Company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Program and install security systems (card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems) per manufacturer requirements and engineered drawings.
  • Assume responsibility for effective performance of crew and provide necessary training, coordinate personnel and timeline to complete project.
  • Assist in the completion of all IES COMMERCIAL paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, material transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers and others as required).
  • Adhere to and participate in all Company, customer and industry quality and safety standards and regulations.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial security systems or related telecommunications field and demonstrate ability to supervise others.
  • Ability to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces; lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to see and distinguish different colors, read small print and hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tones.
  • Ability to travel within the branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools: screwdriver (all sizes, regular and Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (adjustable, needle nose, lineman), hammer, cable stripper, insulated crimping tool, flashlight and gloves.
  • Proficiency with multimeter, butt‑set, toner/wand, coax compression and/or hex crimp tool.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
  • Knowledge of universal communications color codes.
  • Meet Company minimum driving standards.
Maybe we could separate Skills: but we already included many skills in Requirements. Could create Skills section for Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, color codes, problem solving, critical thinking, oral presentation, etc. But we already have those in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could split: Requirements for education, experience, physical, tools; Skills for Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, color codes, problem solving, critical thinking, oral presentation, communication, etc. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe better to keep one Requirements section that includes all qualification details (education, experience, physical, tools, skills). That's acceptable. Then Benefits:

Benefits

  • Company 401K plan with Employer Contribution Match.

  • Choice of Dental and Vision Coverage.
  • Optional Long‑term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and Pet Coverage.
  • Auto and Home Insurance Discount Programs.

Full‑time.

We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. Not present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, legal, etc. We removed. Check for duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any content we missed: The job summary also mentions "Full benefits available after 30 days of employment! Full-time, direct hire position!" We incorporated that in About the role and Benefits and Schedule. We also have "Career Path Project/Crew Lead -Security Systems Minimum Years Of Experience 0-2 License Required No Minimum Education High School Overview". This is somewhat redundant with qualifications; we could include career path info maybe as a note. But it's not essential; we could include a short sentence about career path in About the role or Requirements. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that career path info. It says: "Career Path Project/Crew Lead -Security Systems Minimum Years Of Experience 0-2 License Required No Minimum Education High School". This seems like a note about career path: after this role, you can become Project/Crew Lead - Security Systems, requiring 0-2 years experience, no license, minimum education high school. We should preserve that. Where to put? Could be in Requirements or a separate section like "Career Path". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a short paragraph under Requirements or About the role. Since it's about career progression, maybe include in Requirements as a bullet. Also there is "Overview IES is a national provider..." that's company description; we can drop as boilerplate? It's not required but could be considered company overview; but it's not a specific job detail; could be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about the company. However it's not directly about the job; but could be kept? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says remove boilerplate. Company overview might be considered boilerplate but it's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's descriptive of the employer; could be considered part of job posting but not essential. Safer to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says remove boilerplate. The overview is not boilerplate like legal; it's about the company. Might be considered substantive. However many job postings include such overview; but the instruction didn't explicitly say to remove company overview. It said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we can keep the overview if we want. But we need to avoid too many sections. Could include a short paragraph under About the role or after responsibilities. However the overview is lengthy; we could include a short summary but we must not summarize away detail. We could include the overview as a paragraph under About the role (maybe after the role description). That would preserve the detail. But the overview includes: "IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets. IES is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol IESC. As of the end of IES’s 2025 fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, IES produced over $3.3 billion in revenue and employed over 9,400 employees at over 174 domestic locations across the United States. IES is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer: Minorities, Females, Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, Individuals with Disabilities, Protected Veterans Encouraged to Apply. From office buildings to wind farms, industrial complexes to housing developments, our employees and design professionals design, build, and maintain the systems that empower lives. Our commitment to our employees is reflected by our actions: Safety is Priority One - and our record shows it Competitive Pay Company 401K plan with Employer Contribution Match Company Paid Time Off Company Paid Life Insurance Choice of Medical Coverage including Prescription and Short Term Disability Plans Choice of Dental and Vision Coverage Optional Long-term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and Pet Coverage Auto and Home Insurance Discount Programs EEO Statement PLEASE NO AGENCY CALLS...." We already captured benefits; the overview repeats benefits and EEO etc. We should not duplicate.
