Technician II, Quality Control (HQC) - 7am-4pm

About the role

At Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), one of Danaher’s 15+ operating companies, our work saves lives. The Technician II, Quality Control (HQC) position supports all manufacturing areas within IDT and works closely with global partners to accelerate genomics breakthroughs.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and information for quality, consistency, and accuracy
• Uses and services a variety of analytical and sample handling equipment
• Maintains accurate and detailed sample, product, and instrument records

Essential Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficiency with computer skills including knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• The ability to accurately use Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

Desired Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Previous experience in related work or education

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures

Pay

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or other forms of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
