Technician II

BAE Systems is looking for a Technician II to join their fast-paced Engineering and Test team in Nashua, New Hampshire, supporting a wide variety of tasks in the day-to-day operation within an Engineering Lab.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
• Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.

Requirements

• The ability to obtain a DoD Security clearance is required.
• 3+ years of experience with a High School Diploma.
• 1+ year of experience with an Associate’s degree.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with technology and labs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with commercial test equipment.
• Secret Clearance.

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $47,614 – $76,181. This range is based on market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
