Technician II

Role Overview

Our Technician II is responsible for delivering professional lawn care services, including the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control products. The role involves diagnosing lawn issues, executing treatment plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely apply lawn chemicals following safety and application guidelines.
• Evaluate lawn conditions to determine appropriate treatments.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot application equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating clients and addressing inquiries.
• Document treatments, chemicals used, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory, submit reports, and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE use, and maintain required licenses or certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; no experience required, training provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license is required.
