Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots systems such as Count-down Automated Procedures (CAP); ballistic data acquisition systems; high energy detonation systems; virtual scoring systems and Doppler radar
• Installs and troubleshoots transducers and ballistic data acquisition systems by interpreting ballistic test data
• Processes the data according to well-defined methods and designated formulas
• Selects and adapts methods and procedures to unique situations
• Performs inventory management and prepares supply requests

Qualifications

• Required Skills and Qualifications: Must have 3 years of applicable experience or at least 60 credit hours or an associate’s degree and 1-year of applicable experience; or 30 credit hours and 2 years of applicable experience; or completion of a formal training program and 1-year of applicable experience

Qualifications

• Physical Qualifications: The work of this position is performed in the field where you are subject to the environment and sometimes in an environmentally controlled office environment. Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time. Must be capable of lifting 25 pounds unassisted. Must have good manual dexterity. Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening periodic retest
• Must be able to successfully complete a background screening
• Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment

Rate Of Pay/Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $42.73
