What You’ll Do
- Perform basic equipment setup, maintenance, and testing under supervision
- Absorb assistance from senior technicians with routine calibrations and repairs
- Adhere to company safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn about company processes, equipment, and documentation systems
- Support daily operational and technical activities within the lab and field environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- Absorb responsibility for organizing tools, equipment, and work areas
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
