Responsibilities
- Performing small commercial installations with plan reading skills
- Conducting preventative and routine maintenance
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing mechanical systems
- Maintaining equipment such as package units, chillers, and central plant
- Working with Building Management Systems
- Quoting small works and managing site activities
Requirements
- Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning
- Background in refrigeration or electrical with HVAC expertise
- Relevant trade qualification and restricted electrical license
- Current driver’s license
