Position Summary

Performs routine preventive maintenance, major and minor repairs, and manages work orders and contractors.

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors.
• Leads and participates in teams.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade. Valid Driver's License. Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in state that you will be working.
• Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program, Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), License in related trade in city and/or state where job is located.
