Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and high-quality installations for fiber to the home in customer's homes and businesses.
• Troubleshooting and repair support for Internet, and Phone Service.
• Install and repair support for Internet and fiber networks.
• Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis.
• Be highly adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures.
• Provision and maintain outside plant facilities, including buried and aerial fiber networks.
• Responsible for a geographical area to complete assigned work on a daily basis.
• Self-motivated and highly organized to manage workloads with minimal direction.
• Highly adaptable to constantly changing technologies, methods, and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous customer in home installation and repair experience of any services such as, cable, Satellite TV, phone, or internet.
• Experience with Fiber is an asset but not required.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract annually.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Comfortable working in varying heights and spaces.
• Capacity to lift and work with materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and have a desire to learn.
• Comfortable working at heights with ladders or bucket truck (training will be provided).
• Occasional travel may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Pay and Benefits

The expected pay range for this role is $24 - $26 per hour. Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills, and job conditions.
