Position Responsibilities
- Daily audits of work areas and team member compliance
- Administers designated employee training programs
- Manages daily support activities within a location
- Could include regulatory fieldwork, data collection, compliance auditing, training, and emergency response
- Completes day-to-day EH&S production floor responsibilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety fundamentals and best practices and OSHA
- Knowledge of manufacturing work environments
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data entry applications
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Safety acumen and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and effective problem solving skills
- Ability to establish positive work relationships
- Ability to apply strong work ethics and integrity on the job
- Ability to confidentially handle sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job
Education/Certification
- High School diploma or GED
- OSHA 10-hour General Industry through In-house training & Certification
