Position Summary

The Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues such as water pumps, alternators, power steering, brakes, and suspension systems. They handle routine tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and vehicle inspections to identify needed repairs, run diagnostics, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and advanced repairs.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on automotive technology and service trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • GM World Class Technician Certification – REQUIRED.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GM vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
