About the role

As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you'll provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative vehicle maintenance to ensure customer safety. No prior automotive experience is required; comprehensive training will teach you to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers, and conduct an 18-point safety check.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
  • Help keep customers' vehicles safe and operational
  • Collaborate with a friendly, team-oriented environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work standing for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various physical positions
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Flexible schedule with availability likely including weekends; comfortable working in non-climate-controlled settings
