We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job description. First, remove boilerplate: "First Solar reserves the right to offer you a role most applicable to your experience and skillset." That's maybe part of description but not a heading. We'll keep as prose maybe under About the role. "Basic Job Functions:" heading? We'll treat as part of description. We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe a brief description: "First Solar reserves the right to offer you a role most applicable to your experience and skillset. Basic Job Functions: The following is an entry level Automation Technician controls position were a successful candidate will be required to support manufacturing operations, assist with equipment implementation/startup, , PLC/HMI programing, and trouble-shooting/optimization of manufacturing processes control systems. This position directly supports a manufacturing site, the successful candidate will be assigned to a manufacturing schedule on either AM or PM crew/shift. AM shift is 6:00AM - 6:10PM. PM shift is 6:00PM - 6:10AM. This results in a rotating 36/48 hour work week schedule, which includes working every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday." But schedule details could go under Schedule section. However we need to include Schedule only if posting actually states them. It does state schedule details. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. Pay: "Estimated Salary Range: $26.97-$38.46 Hourly." So we can create Pay section. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits listed. So we should NOT create Benefits section. Qualifications: Education/Experience section: "Education/Experience: Minimum 2 years of manufacturing equipment electrical/electronic/controls experience.Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Controls, or Electronic Engineering (preferred)No Degree - Must have 5+ years verifiable experience in a related field, (i.e., Semiconductors, Automotive etc.)." That's qualifications. Skills: Required Skills/Competencies list. Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: list. Also there is "Key Competencies" which seems like more responsibilities/skills but could be part of Responsibilities or Skills. We'll treat as part of Responsibilities maybe. Reporting Relationships, Travel, Physical Requirements, etc. Those could be under Requirements or maybe separate sections like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. We can incorporate into Responsibilities or Requirements as prose. We must not include sections like "About the role" if we don't have content? We have some description. We'll include About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

About the role

First Solar reserves the right to offer you a role most applicable to your experience and skillset. This is an entry‑level Automation Technician controls position supporting manufacturing operations, assisting with equipment implementation/startup, PLC/HMI programming, and troubleshooting/optimization of manufacturing process control systems. The role is assigned to either an AM or PM crew/shift on a rotating 36/48‑hour work week (see Schedule).

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing facilities, including remote support of worldwide manufacturing facilities.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, problem‑solve, and maintain all electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist with coordination of new equipment installation and implementation, including MES integration events.
  • Maintain and update manufacturing process tool electrical drawings, documenting equipment changes and keeping drawings current.
  • Implement new software changes/upgrades specified by the Controls Engineering Department.
  • Identify, research, document, and present solutions to control problems and continuous improvement projects.
  • Interface with multiple departments within the organization; maintain effective communication levels and foster team building.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
We could also include key competencies but they are lengthy; maybe we can incorporate as part of Responsibilities or Skills. But we already have Responsibilities covering many. The key competencies list is quite long and seems like generic consulting competencies; maybe we can skip to avoid filler. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. The key competencies are substantive; we should include them. But they are long; we could put them under Responsibilities as additional bullet points. However they are more about competencies than responsibilities. Could create a separate section "Key Competencies" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map key competencies into either Responsibilities or Skills. Since they are about competencies, we could put them under Skills. But Skills already has required skills list. We could extend Skills with those bullet points. Thus Skills section will include both the Required Skills/Competencies list and the Key Competencies list. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract Required Skills/Competencies list: - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities. - Ability to interpret data and make reasonable conclusions to assist in trouble‑shooting process. - Good understanding/knowledge of reading electrical/mechanical drawings and suggest modifications as required. - Good understanding/knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety requirements. - Demonstrated proficiency and problem solving ability to trouble‑shoot electrical/electronic control systems in manufacturing environment. - Competent in Autodesk AutoCAD drafting software to create electrical schematic and panel layouts. - Good understanding/knowledge programming/trouble‑shooting of Rockwell Automation Logix platform PLC’s. - Good understanding/knowledge programming/trouble‑shooting Rockwell Automation Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) utilizing FactoryTalk View ME; Proface HMI experience a plus. - Good understanding trouble‑shooting at least two control network including ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus and/or Ethernet. - Basic understanding/knowledge of robotic systems including trouble‑shooting, programming, safety. - Good understanding of computer hardware/applications and the Microsoft Office family. - Basic understanding of corporate Ethernet architectures and systems. - Proficient communications skills both verbal and written. - Basic understanding of SQL Database tables/queries. - Basic understanding of data collection processes and OPC protocols. Now Key Competencies list (very long). It includes many bullet points about responsibilities like taking responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, etc. Many of those are similar to responsibilities but we can include them as Skills as well. We need to decide: Should we include all those bullet points under Skills? That would be huge but permissible. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include those bullet points somewhere. If we put them under Skills, we preserve them. Thus Skills section will contain two sets: Required Skills/Competencies and Key Competencies. But we need to avoid duplication: some items may overlap; but we can keep both. Now Requirements: maybe we can include Reporting Relationships, Travel, Physical Requirements under Requirements? Or we could create a separate section "Requirements" for things like reporting relationships, travel, physical requirements. The allowed headings include Requirements. So we can put those under Requirements. Qualifications: Education/Experience. Pay: Salary range. Schedule: shift details. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Job description subject to change at any time." That's maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. It's not a heading; we can include as a short p under About the role maybe. Also "Equal Opportunity Employer Statement" must be removed. Now let's craft HTML. We'll need to ensure proper nesting. Let's draft:
