About the role

Next Solutions is an in-home services company that contracts work from top TV and internet service providers. We specialize in providing ultimate in-home experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services.
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience a plus, but not required
• Experience working outdoors
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
