Responsibilities
- Work closely with doctors and patients to help ensure each visit runs smoothly and that doctors have the information they need to provide excellent care.
- Collect important patient information and histories.
- Perform preliminary and doctor requested tests on patients.
- Auxiliary eye testing.
- Prepare patients for their eye exams.
- Assist optometrists and ophthalmologists during patient procedures.
- Cook up patient scheduling and help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office while communicating delays when needed.
- Prepare exam rooms by cleaning instruments and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the office manager, team lead, or doctors.

- To ensure accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness in assigned work.
Essential Responsibilities
