Technician

About the role

The Primary Tech supports department operations by preparing adhesives, tooling, and maintaining stocked machines. The role involves proactive work, adhering to environmental, health, and safety policies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the technician may train personnel and communicate with management and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Operating lifting equipment, interpreting specifications, documenting processes, ensuring safety and cleanliness, assisting with machine setups, and handling hazardous waste properly

Key Duties

• Operate lifting equipment such as hoists and forklifts
• Read and interpret manufacturing instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation and traceability
• Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous waste correctly
• Assist with machine setup and supply readiness
• Participate in continuous improvement and team training
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications and Skills

A high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of warehouse experience, and forklift certification are preferred.
