Technician Apprentice

About the role

Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air is seeking a Technician Apprentice to work under a certified line technician. The apprentice will learn Ford and dealership policies and practices through factory training and on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn Ford and dealership policies and practices through factory training and on-the-job experience.
• Perform tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, brake service, tire service, and light engine repairs.
• Gain electrical experience as part of the apprenticeship.

Requirements

• Some automotive experience, including tire rotations, oil changes, brake service, tire service, and light engine repairs.
• Electrical experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

• Pay is based on experience and includes production incentives.

Schedule

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
