Technician Apprentice

As a global leader, Pavion designs, installs, services, and maintains cutting‑edge fire alarm systems, critical communications, video surveillance, access control, and advanced AV technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Test fire alarm systems.
• Climb ladders and work at heights.
• Read manufacturers’ installation manuals and perform accurate installations.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures and requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic commercial construction knowledge.
• OSHA 10 Certification in Construction.
• Attention to detail.
• Interest in learning fire alarm systems.
• Willingness to obtain the Nevada required Fire “F” Card certification.
• Write and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team focused on common goals.
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00–$25.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
