• Breaking down complex information and organizing it logically for the user, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Research and information gathering, including document analysis and interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio) to support documentation development and delivery
• Document management: organizing information; creating diagrams, charts, and other visual aids; and using documentation systems
