Responsibilities
- Administer and support learning, knowledge management, and documentation systems, including user access, system configuration, and troubleshooting (including Dozuki and other enterprise applications).
- Maintain and organize digital content, ensuring documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Train and support system users, develop job aids, and promote adoption of learning and knowledge management tools.
- Generate reports and analyze system data to support compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, support projects, and improve business processes.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, evaluate new functionality, and optimize system performance.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 1+ year of writing experience OR high school diploma with 3+ years of writing experience
- Ability to wear both half and full-face respirators
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy standards
- Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Familiarity with represented environments
- High attention to detail and quality
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong research skills and ability to independently seek answers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
