Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to document, review, and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Ensure procedures align with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, certification standards, and company policies.
- Identify equipment types or operational activities that require special handling and develop corresponding data cleansing and processing procedures.
- Research, gather, and organize technical information from multiple sources to create a clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
- Format documentation according to established document control standards, templates, and QEHSMS requirements.
- Submit documents through document control workflows, coordinate reviews and approvals, and maintain revision history records.
- Upload, publish, and maintain approved documentation records.
- Work with development team to link procedures into Invision product profiles.
- Create relevant acknowledgements in audit profiles that require special handling.
- Other duties as assigned by department.
Experience and/or Education Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Familiarity with using console cable and connecting to equipment through a terminal.
- Strong written communication, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word.
- One or more CompTIA A+/Network/Server+ certifications or relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with ISO or Recycling Standards.
- Knowledge of data sanitization standards.
- Two or more years of EPC experience.
Preferred Experience and/or Education

Pay
$19.50 per hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours.
