Technical Writer - Hybrid
About the Role
Kelly Engineering is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support a medical device manufacturer with an urgent documentation project. This short-term, hybrid assignment requires someone who can step in quickly with minimal training and work closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to develop and update controlled manufacturing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update controlled manufacturing and quality documentation.
- Write SOPs, assembly instructions, inspection procedures, and validation documentation.
- Support DHF (Design History File) and DMR (Device Master Record) documentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of technical writing experience within regulated manufacturing.
- Proven experience writing controlled manufacturing and quality documents.
- Experience using an eQMS platform such as MasterControl, Veeva, or Greenlight Guru.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical-writing or publishing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Flare.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and document accuracy.
