Technical Writer
About the role
The Technical Writer develops, edits, and maintains operational content that supports customer communications and program delivery. This role focuses heavily on the creation and implementation of email campaigns via the HubSpot platform, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and aligned to product requirements and communication schedules.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement email campaigns via the HubSpot platform
- Translate complex information into user-friendly communications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and content owners
- Perform accessibility reviews and remediation using Adobe Pro and CommonLook tools
- Conduct quality control processes, including copyediting and critical content reviews
- Ensure content meets accessibility standards and compliance requirements
- Validate that content meets quality expectations before publication or distribution
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with HubSpot and Adobe Pro
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance requirements
- Experience with content management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
