Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Aid in defining documentation standards, style, and terminology.
• Deliver post-sales content for online documentation and provide UI text for UX and Engineering staff.
• Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve documentation quality and usability.
• Work cross-functionally with SMEs in Engineering, Field Support, Sales, Training, and Product Marketing.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, or a related field is required.
• Technical writing or communications certifications are also acceptable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing is necessary.
• The position requires hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Candidates should possess strong oral, written, analytic, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in writing online help and knowledge base articles.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in network and/or cloud security is a plus.
