Responsibilities

  • Create, revise, and maintain field service procedures for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
  • Collaborate with engineers, field service personnel, technical support teams, and subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.
  • Verify documentation for technical accuracy, usability, and safety compliance before release.
  • Incorporate revisions, redlines, and engineering changes into existing documentation in a timely and controlled manner.
  • Assemble complete customer document packages, including operations manuals, maintenance manuals, drawings, and supporting technical documents.
  • Create and publish technical, field, and safety bulletins to communicate important updates and changes to internal and external audiences.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting publication deadlines and quality standards.
  • Leverage document control practices and tools to organize, store, and maintain documentation throughout its lifecycle.
  • Use troubleshooting methodologies and an understanding of equipment repair processes to develop accurate, step-by-step procedures.
  • Use software tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, SolidWorks, and other publishing or modeling tools to produce professional technical content.
