Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) for AI enablement and governance, ensuring logical navigation, optimal page structures, and organized content.
- Create and refine essential documentation, including procedures, process guides, playbooks, FAQs, checklists, and decision trees, tailored for diverse business and technical audiences.
- Develop clear visual aids such as process maps, workflow diagrams, swimlanes, and operating-model visuals to illustrate roles, handoffs, approvals, and escalation paths.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and working sessions to gather information, identify documentation gaps, and validate content with subject-matter experts.
- Enhance consistency across all materials by implementing common terminology, formatting standards, version control, and robust content-review processes.
- Collaborate strategically with business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, and governance stakeholders to transform evolving requirements into actionable, implementation-ready artifacts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, IT documentation, knowledge management, business analysis, process design, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience creating and maintaining content in knowledge management platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear procedures, process maps, and visual documentation for intricate workflows.
- Solid working knowledge of enterprise technology environments and exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Superior writing, editing, interviewing, synthesis, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with diagramming and documentation tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Word, or comparable platforms.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience documenting AI, data, technology governance, risk, compliance, or other emerging-technology processes.
- Familiarity with work-management tools like Jira; experience within the financial services or other regulated industries is a significant plus.
