Technical Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing and production teams
• Cook up training schedules based on staffing needs and operational priorities
• Lead hands-on and classroom training on equipment, processes, safety practices, and quality standards
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and effectiveness
• Maintain accurate training records to meet company and regulatory requirements
• Pearl the needs of department leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify training needs
• Support new hire onboarding through technical orientation and job-specific instruction
• Aid in the creation of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical training in a fast-paced environment
• Experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar role
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality practices, and safety standards
• Hands-on experience with assembly, crimping, and soldering (including terminals and thru-hole components); IPC certification is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles, using adult learning and instructional design principles
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Solid organization and time-management skills; able to work independently
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and building relationships with diverse groups
