Responsibilities

• Administer and effectively transfer knowledge for technical E2IQ Development training programs.
• Scope of instruction includes Introductory and Technical Bootcamps, customized technical instruction, and ad hoc “tutoring” duties as needed.
• Contribute to the development of new training curriculum and maintain updates to existing training content.
• Collaborate with local leadership to define technical training needs based on required skills/competencies and deliver effective, timely training events.
• Exemplify and promote E2 Optics Core Values, with safety as the number one priority, to foster a family‑centric culture.
