Technical Trainer/Instructional Designer with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for specific customer solution implementations, ensuring alignment with mission and system requirements.
  • Design and update instructional content including course outlines, lesson plans, instructional materials, lab exercises, and job aids.
  • Congduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions via webinars, one-on-one instruction, and video/web-based platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a library of training resources and records of user skill levels and training completion.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content and delivery based on user feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and program teams to ensure training content reflects current system capabilities and configurations.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product suite and other mission-related COTS systems, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance of materials.
  • Manage training delivery in accordance with customer business objectives, maintaining flexibility for evolving mission demands.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, document, and deliver end-user technical training in dynamic, classified environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Prominent collaboration skills in team-oriented, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Active Security+ certification.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
