  • High school diploma minimum; active certification from an accredited training institute (e.g., ATD, ACCET, or Langevin) is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong sense of ownership in safety, task execution, and relationship-building.
  • Ability to serve as a safety ambassador for internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in interpreting equipment circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and field service bulletins.
  • Manual handling of hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and components.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
  • Ability to complete fall protection training or hold an active certificate.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams).
  • Verbal and written fluency in Spanish is required; French or Portuguese is beneficial.

Benefits

  • Career growth opportunities with excellent training and global mobility.
  • Inclusive environment with strong leadership and a focus on safety and well-being.
  • Flexible benefits tailored to lifestyle, health, financial, and family needs.
