Technical Trainer, Canada

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Trainer, Canada to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive customer and partner education across a remote environment, ensuring training programs are engaging, practical, and aligned to business goals. The ideal candidate will deliver both live and virtual learning experiences, tailor content for key audiences, and help strengthen adoption through clear communication and relationship building. This position also partners with sales and cross-functional teams to plan training schedules, gather feedback, and support field-facing events.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training for customers and partners
• Provide customized training on demand for key partners and customers
• Develop and implement KPIs related to training attendance and goals
• Maintain the training center and its equipment
• Plan training schedules with the sales team bi-annually
• Conduct feedback surveys to improve training programs
• Serve as a representative of the organization at tradeshows and training events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in training and professional development
• 2+ years of experience in Network Surveillance, CCTV, or Physical Security

Pay

$100,000 – $115,000 annually
