Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing, and dispatching cargo, enabling flexibility and resilience in the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions prepare us for supply chain risks, allowing us to plan distribution effectively despite unexpected conditions. With extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across sectors, industries, and transportation modes, we deliver process excellence that saves time and money.

Shift: 1st Shift (Sun-Wed, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions for Frontline Managers and Associates, leveraging operations supervisor experience to ensure practical application.
  • Ensure strong communication, teamwork, and alignment with stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational and training partner.
  • Coordinate and deliver structured training routines supporting different department teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop training routines that enable employees to learn technical and functional aspects of operations aligned to standard processes.
  • Stay current with onsite procedures to ensure training reflects established best practices.
  • Apply operational expertise (inbound, outbound, inventory, safety, quality) to ensure training reflects real workflows and performance expectations.
  • Reinforce safety, quality, and performance behaviors through training and coaching.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse operations or contract logistics, including a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and develop frontline employees.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory control, safety, quality).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training priorities.

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish: able to deliver training sessions for English and Spanish speakers.

Pay

The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,304. The Company may adjust this range based on prevailing market conditions, location, and other factors. Final starting salary will be determined in accordance with all applicable laws.
